Payment Completed but Premium Did Not Activate
If PayPal shows a completed trial approval or payment but the dashboard still shows Free User, complete these checks first.

If PayPal shows a completed trial approval or payment but the dashboard still shows Free User, complete these checks first.
- Confirm that you paid while signed into the correct Eggy BNC account.
- Open Dashboard → Premium.
- Refresh the page once.
- Check whether an entitlement date appears.
- Check whether Premium features unlocked elsewhere.
- Confirm that PayPal shows the subscription as active.

- Networks.
- Vhosts.
- Identity.
- IRC Inbox.
