Payment Completed but Premium Did Not Activate

If PayPal shows a completed trial approval or payment but the dashboard still shows Free User, complete these checks first.

1. Confirm that you paid while signed into the correct Eggy BNC account.
2. Open Dashboard → Premium.
3. Refresh the page once.
4. Check whether an entitlement date appears.
5. Check whether Premium features unlocked elsewhere.
6. Confirm that PayPal shows the subscription as active.

Check these Premium areas

• Networks.
• Vhosts.
• Identity.
• IRC Inbox.
