Configuring an iPhone or iPad IRC Client
Create a new IRC connection using:
Some iOS applications separate the settings across several screens.
The server password must still contain:
Nickname and identity fields
The mobile app may ask for a nickname, username or real name.
Your live nickname and identity are primarily controlled by the settings saved for that network in the Eggy BNC dashboard.
The essential authentication value remains the server-password format.
Connecting to several networks
Create one saved connection per dashboard network.
Give each entry a clear name so you do not use the wrong network label.
Create a new IRC connection using:
Code:
Server: bnc.eggy.net
Port: 5000
TLS/SSL: Enabled
Server password: Username/Network:Password
