The SEGA Extension expands the SEGA systems available through ROM Console.
It adds support for SEGA Master System, Game Gear, SEGA CD / Mega CD and SEGA 32X while integrating with the existing Mega Drive / Genesis support already provided by the main ROM Console installation.
Supported ROMs are automatically recognised and routed through the appropriate SEGA emulator configuration while retaining the same ROM Console player, controls, fullscreen support, save features and interface.
The extension includes the additional emulator core files it requires. Mega Drive / Genesis support remains provided by ROM Console itself and is not duplicated by the extension.
SEGA CD / Mega CD support uses CHD format and may require the appropriate regional SEGA CD BIOS supplied by the customer.
This extension requires ROM Console and Extensions Hub to be installed and active.

Requirements

Installation
1. Download the SEGA Extension ZIP.
2. In the XenForo Admin Control Panel, go to Add-ons.
3. Choose Install/upgrade from archive and select the downloaded ZIP.
4. Allow XenForo to complete the installation.
5. Once installed, the additional Sega systems are automatically registered with ROM Console.
6. If using Sega CD / Mega CD games, configure the required regional BIOS files as needed.
