Why Web Chat Must Be Opened From the Dashboard
Eggy BNC Web Chat uses a controlled launch created by the dashboard.
Opening an old Web Chat address directly may display:
This does not mean your BNC account is broken.
It means the browser page was opened without a valid dashboard launch.
Correct process
Use:
Do not bookmark the temporary launch address
A Web Chat launch address may be tied to the current launch session.
Bookmark the main dashboard instead:
https://dashboard.eggy.net
Then launch the required network from the Web Chat area whenever you need it.
