vHost Is Locked or Cannot Be Selected
Some vHosts are available only while Premium is active.
A locked option normally means that the hostname is not included with the account's current entitlement.
Check your account status
Open the Premium area and confirm whether your entitlement is:
Other reasons an option may be unavailable
A vHost may also be unavailable because:
Do not attempt to bypass a locked vHost by manually changing BindHost.
Use only the options made available through the dashboard.
Some vHosts are available only while Premium is active.

- Active.
- Expired.
- Cancelled but still active until the entitlement end date.
- Not currently enabled.
Other reasons an option may be unavailable
A vHost may also be unavailable because:
- It has been retired or replaced.
- The selected IRC server is incompatible.
- The hostname is temporarily unavailable.
- The dashboard cannot safely identify the selected network's server.
- The account has a vHost restriction.
Do not attempt to bypass a locked vHost by manually changing BindHost.
Use only the options made available through the dashboard.
