Premium Status or Entitlement Looks Wrong

The Premium section may display information from both the local account entitlement and the PayPal subscription record.

A mismatch should be reported before repeatedly changing the subscription.

Possible examples

• PayPal is active but the dashboard shows Free User.
• PayPal is cancelled but no entitlement end is displayed.
• The entitlement end has passed but Premium remains active.
• Premium expired before the displayed date.
• A manually granted Premium account is incorrectly shown as PayPal-managed.
• Premium features are partly active and partly locked.

Checks to perform

1. Refresh the dashboard.
2. Record the current Premium status.
3. Record any trial or entitlement date shown.
4. Check the current status in PayPal.
5. Check Networks, Vhosts, Identity and IRC Inbox.
6. Avoid starting another subscription until support reviews the mismatch.
