Premium Payment Failed or Was Declined

A failed PayPal payment may prevent a subscription from renewing or activating.

Common causes

  • The selected PayPal funding source was declined.
  • The PayPal account requires additional verification.
  • The payment method has expired.
  • PayPal blocked the transaction for security review.
  • The subscription approval was not completed.
  • The browser was closed before returning to the dashboard.

What to do

  1. Check the payment status in PayPal.
  2. Review the funding source attached to the subscription.
  3. Open the Premium section of your dashboard.
  4. Refresh the page once.
  5. Do not repeatedly create new subscriptions.
  6. Record the exact PayPal and dashboard messages.

Eggy BNC cannot override a payment declined directly by PayPal.
