PayPal Payment or Checkout Failed

A failed or incomplete PayPal checkout does not activate Premium.

First checks

Confirm:

• You completed the PayPal approval process.
• PayPal did not display a payment or account error.
• You returned to the Eggy BNC dashboard.
• The browser did not block the return page.
• You were signed into the correct Eggy BNC account.

Do not create repeated subscriptions

Before attempting checkout again:

1. Check your PayPal subscriptions.
2. Confirm whether a subscription was already created.
3. Open the Premium section and refresh once.
4. Check whether Premium activated despite the browser error.

Repeated checkout attempts may create multiple PayPal approval records.

When reporting the problem

Include:

• Your BNC username.
• Whether this was a trial or paid checkout.
• The approximate attempt time.
• The exact PayPal message.
• The exact dashboard message.
• Whether PayPal lists a subscription.

Do not post private payment details or the complete checkout URL.
