Payment Is Pending or Processing

A PayPal payment may occasionally remain pending while it is reviewed or processed.

During this period, the dashboard may not yet recognise the payment as completed.

Do not repeat checkout immediately

Starting another checkout may create additional subscription approvals.

First:

1. Check the payment in PayPal.
2. Check whether a subscription was created.
3. Return to the Eggy BNC dashboard.
4. Refresh the Premium section once.
5. Allow the pending payment time to complete.

When to contact support

Create a thread if:

• PayPal shows the payment as completed but Premium remains inactive.
• The payment remains pending for an unusually long time.
• The dashboard displays an entitlement error.
• More than one subscription was created.

Include the approximate payment time but remove private payment details.
