IRC Inbox and Dashboard Replies With Premium

IRC Inbox is a Premium dashboard feature for supported private-message threads.

Premium users may be able to:

• Enable IRC Inbox logging.
• View discovered private-message threads.
• Mark threads as read.
• Hide and restore threads.
• Configure message previews.
• Choose a retention period.
• Enable dashboard replies.

Dashboard replies

When enabled, replies are queued by the dashboard and sent through the external reply worker.

The webpage does not connect directly to IRC to send them.

Premium active but Inbox unavailable

Check:

1. Premium shows as active.
2. IRC Inbox logging is enabled.
3. The inbox module reports as active.
4. Dashboard replies have been enabled separately.
5. You have refreshed the inbox.

After Premium expires

IRC Inbox access and dashboard replies become unavailable until another valid Premium entitlement is activated.

Private messages continue to work normally through your IRC client.
