I Cancelled but Premium Is Still Active

This is normally expected.

Cancelling Premium stops future billing but preserves the trial or paid period that has already been granted.

Example

If you cancel during a 7-day trial, Premium may remain active until the trial entitlement ends.

If you cancel during a paid month, Premium may remain active until the end of that paid period.

Check the entitlement date

Open:

Dashboard → Premium

Review:

• Subscription status.
• Cancellation status.
• Trial end date.
• Entitlement end date.

Create a support thread if the displayed entitlement end has passed and the account still has Premium access.
