How to Cancel Future Premium Billing
Cancelling Premium stops future PayPal renewals.
It does not normally remove the Premium time that has already been granted.

After cancellation
The Premium section should show:
Your account will return to the Free User level when the remaining entitlement expires.

Cancel through the dashboard
- Sign in to the Eggy BNC dashboard.
- Open Premium.
- Review your current subscription status.
- Select Cancel Premium billing.
- Confirm the cancellation.
- Wait for the result before submitting another request.
After cancellation
The Premium section should show:
- That future billing has been cancelled.
- The remaining Premium entitlement.
- The date on which Premium access will end.
Your account will return to the Free User level when the remaining entitlement expires.
