Cancelled Trial or Subscription Still Shows Premium

This is normally expected.

Cancelling PayPal billing stops future renewal, but Premium remains active until the current trial or paid entitlement ends.

Example

If a trial was activated for 7 days and then cancelled after the first day, Premium may remain active for the rest of the 7-day trial period.

If a paid monthly period was cancelled partway through the month, Premium may remain active until the recorded entitlement end.

Check the dashboard

Open:

Dashboard → Premium

Review:

• Subscription status.
• Trial end date.
• Entitlement end date.
• Premium active or Free status.

When to report a problem

Create a support thread if:

• The displayed entitlement end has passed but Premium remains active.
• PayPal continues billing after cancellation.
• The dashboard shows no entitlement end.
• The cancellation returned an error.
• Premium was removed immediately despite time remaining.

Include the displayed dates but remove private PayPal information.
