Known Bug: Away Status Colour Mismatch

Issue
We are aware of a visual issue within BNC WebChat where the displayed status colour may not change correctly when a user switches their status from Online to Away.
Impact
This is currently understood to be a display-only issue. Your away status may still be applied correctly even though the colour shown within the WebChat interface does not accurately reflect the change.
Current status
The issue has been acknowledged and is being investigated. We will provide a resolution in a future update as soon as the cause has been confirmed and the correction has been properly tested.
Temporary advice
No action is required from users at this time. You may continue using BNC WebChat normally while the visual status indicator is being corrected.
