Web Chat Launch Button Does Nothing
If the Web Chat launch button appears to do nothing, the mobile browser may have blocked the new window or interrupted the dashboard request.
Try the following
Check the launch message
Look for errors such as:
If the password session expired, enter your current BNC password and launch the network again.
Do not repeatedly press the button while it displays:

Try the following
- Select the launch button only once.
- Check whether a new browser tab opened in the background.
- Allow pop-ups or new tabs for the official Eggy website.
- Refresh the dashboard.
- Sign out and sign back in.
- Try a private or incognito browser tab.
- Temporarily disable content-blocking extensions.
- Try another current mobile browser.
Check the launch message

Your remembered WebChat password expired.
