Unexpected or Duplicate Premium Charge

Before reporting an unexpected charge, check whether more than one PayPal subscription exists.

This may happen if checkout was started more than once while the first approval was still processing.

Check PayPal

Review:

• The number of active Eggy BNC subscriptions.
• The date of each approval.
• The date of each charge.
• Whether an older subscription was left active.

Do not post private payment information

When creating a support thread, include:

BNC username:
Number of charges:
Charge dates:
Number of PayPal subscriptions:
Dashboard Premium status:
Approximate checkout times:

Partially hide transaction and subscription references.

Do not include payment-card numbers, billing addresses or complete PayPal account details.
