Trial Approved but Premium Is Not Active

After approving the trial through PayPal, return to the Eggy BNC dashboard and allow the activation process to finish.

First checks

1. Open the Premium section.
2. Refresh the dashboard once.
3. Confirm that PayPal shows the subscription as active.
4. Check whether an entitlement or trial-end date is displayed.
5. Open Networks, Vhosts, Identity and IRC Inbox to see whether the controls unlocked.

Possible states

The dashboard may show:

• Approval pending — PayPal approval has not yet been confirmed locally.
• Premium active — The entitlement has been activated.
• Cancelled until entitlement end — Future billing is cancelled, but Premium remains active temporarily.
• Free user — No active Premium entitlement is currently recognised.

When reporting the problem

Include:

• Your BNC username.
• The approximate PayPal approval time.
• Whether this was a trial or normal monthly subscription.
• The exact status displayed by PayPal.
• The exact status displayed in the dashboard.
• Which Premium features remain locked.

Do not post the complete PayPal approval URL or private checkout token.
