Found a problem with an Eggy product? Please use this forum to report reproducible bugs, errors and unexpected behaviour.
To help us investigate your report quickly, please include as much of the following as possible:

Which Eggy add-on or product is affected?
Version:
Which version are you currently running?
XenForo version:
Include your current XenForo version where applicable.
What happened?
Clearly describe the problem you encountered.
What did you expect to happen?
Tell us what you believe the correct behaviour should be.
Steps to reproduce:
List the steps required to make the problem occur again.
Errors and logs:
If XenForo generated a server error, include the full error message and stack trace. Browser console errors or other relevant logs can also be useful.
Screenshots or video:
Include these where they help demonstrate the issue.
Please create one bug per thread wherever possible. This makes individual issues easier to investigate, track and resolve.
If the issue only occurs with a particular browser, device, XenForo style or third-party add-on, please mention that in your report.
Bug reports will be reviewed before being considered confirmed.
If you need help installing, configuring or using a product rather than reporting a reproducible defect, please use the Add-on Support forum instead.
