Premium vHosts Are Still Locked

Premium-only vHosts should become selectable while a valid Premium entitlement is active.

Current short-domain Premium selections include:

bounced.me
teased.me
refused.me

First checks

1. Open the Premium section.
2. Confirm that the account shows Premium active.
3. Refresh the dashboard once.
4. Open Vhosts.
5. Select the intended IRC network.
6. Check whether the Premium vHost can now be selected.

Premium active but vHost unavailable

The vHost may still be unavailable because:

• The selected IRC server is incompatible.
• The hostname has been retired or replaced.
• The account has a vHost restriction.
• The entitlement has not fully synchronised.
• The dashboard is displaying stale information.

Manual BindHost changes

Do not manually set a Premium hostname to bypass a locked dashboard option.

Premium vHosts must be selected and applied through the dashboard.
