Customising the Quit Message
Custom quit messages are available while Premium is active.
The quit message may be shown when a user-managed IRC network disconnects.
Change the quit message
The field accepts up to 120 characters.
Free accounts
Free accounts use the standard Eggy BNC quit message.
The field becomes editable when Premium is active.
Content rules
Quit messages must not contain:
External IRC-network rules still apply.

Change the quit message
- Open the dashboard.
- Select Identity.
- Find Quit Message.
- Enter the message you want to use.
- Select Save Quit Message.
- Wait for the success or error result.

- Threats or harassment.
- Impersonation.
- Illegal or abusive content.
- Spam or advertising prohibited by the IRC network.
- Content intended to evade network moderation.
External IRC-network rules still apply.
