Custom Real Name / GECOS With Premium
Premium users can customise the Real Name / GECOS sent when a user-managed IRC network registers with an IRC server.
Change the value
A reconnect is required because IRC servers receive the Real Name / GECOS during network registration.
If the field remains locked
Check:
When Premium expires
The custom value returns to:
The affected network may reconnect so the IRC server receives the Free-account value.

Change the value
- Open the dashboard.
- Select Identity.
- Find Real Name / GECOS.
- Enter the required value.
- Select Save Real Name / GECOS.
- Allow the affected network to reconnect.

If the field remains locked
Check:
- Premium is active.
- The dashboard has been refreshed.
- The selected network is user-managed.
- The entitlement has not expired.
